The AC in our room was leaking a lot the whole time, we reported but nothing was done. Pool needs maintenance and it looks like they were short staffed.

The staff was rude and service was awful

We had a great time at this resort. Rafael was amazing, and helped us with our two young kids, including arranging room service and booking our restaurants. The villas were amazing and the pools were great! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Ive been going to Hard Rock for about 12 years. The overall quality and attentiveness of their staff has declined. The food quality has declined, specially in the Zen & Toro restaurant. The trains that take you from one place to the other around the resort, are not as efficient as they used to be, you now spend even 20-30 minutes waiting for one. I had issues checking in with my service dog although providing the documentation ahead of time, but they said he had to be registered on a website first. The communication aspect also sucks. Overall i wouldnt return despite this being one of my favorite resorts of the last decade:

The hotel amenities,food and staff where amazing!. The only bad thing was that the rooms need update and maintenance. AC and ligthing did not work properly and it had an awful sewer smell at nigth. The good treatment and fun was bigger and better to ruin my trip. Definitely Iberostart Selection good hotel to stay
