Tenía expectativas altas por los reviews, pero realmente quedé decepcionado. Las instalaciones son lindas y la ubicación es excelente, pero el servicio está muy por debajo de lo que esperaría de un hotel que segun Google es 5 estrellas.
El staff es amable, pero claramente falta personal: la misma persona de recepción también cumple funciones de portería y servicio. El housekeeping no dejaba agua ni café, y adicionalmente te cobran por estos productos. Si el agua del grifo no es potable, considero que deberían incluir agua de cortesía.
Las habitaciones tampoco tienen buen aislamiento acústico y se escucha bastante ruido del exterior. Incluso el refrigerador de la habitación era bastante ruidoso.
En general, la propiedad es bonita y tiene potencial, pero la experiencia se siente más como un Airbnb bien presentado que como un hotel de 5 estrellas. El operador del hotel, FARANDA tiene bastante por mejorar.

Where do I begin? Well, let's start with the most obvious and important thing: the warm hospitality my wife and I received from the 100% Premium staff. Speaking of the hotel, I found it fascinating. The excellent decor and the combination of rustic and metal materials create a very welcoming, medieval feel. The breakfasts were also very good. The fantastic location close to great restaurants and shopping etc. I recommend it 100%. 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Estelar La Torre Suites in Medellín. The hotel feels very homely and is especially great for families with kids. We absolutely loved having a suite—it gave us plenty of space and made the stay feel much more comfortable.
A big plus was having a washer and dryer in the suite, which is incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with children.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were amazing and very comfortable.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. There wasn’t much variety, and the options were quite similar each day.
Overall, a very comfortable, family friendly hotel that feels like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again
