- Single storey villa, next to the tennis court, 250 m from the beach of Altura. Excellent access for the disabled. The villa has a front and rear garden with independent access and plenty of privacy. Both gardens are sunny and verdant, very pleasant. The house also has terrace / solarium on the 1st floor with complete privacy.
It has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and the living room.
It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room connected with very generous areas. The villa has two fantastic porches for relaxing or dining with plenty of shade and sun. Has barbecue in the back garden.
Cable TV and free wifi.
