    Nestled in the green Salento countryside, the apartment is located in a quiet, low-traffic area. Its strategic position allows you to easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento.

The bedroom, with vaulted ceiling, features a large window that fills the room with light, while solid wood furniture adds a touch of classic style. In the open-plan living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, an extendable dining table for 4 or 6 people, a fireplace, and a comfortable sofa bed. The spacious, bright bathroom includes towels, a wall mirror, and a large shower.



    The garden is a green oasis where you can organize barbecues and enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is about 5 km from both the Adriatic and Ionian seas. Santa Maria di Leuca, with its famous sanctuary and lighthouse, is just 6 km away. You can choose between sandy beaches such as the Maldives of Salento, Pescoluse, and Torre Vado (about 7 km), and Marina di Felloniche (about 6 km). For adventure lovers, the crystal-clear waters of Santa Maria di Leuca invite you to explore the enchanting Grotta delle Tre Porte, Punta Ristola, Punta Meliso, and the Cipolliane trail, a panoramic coastal path suitable for everyone.
