Sub par hotel...

Posted 17-Sep-2017
Hotel was located very near to highway, which made it noisy yet convenient to find. Lights not working in room. Noise from guests upstairs. Appeared clean, but odor remained. Many guests smoking right outside doorways. Front staff helpful but could not resolve two of three lights being out. I would not stay here again not recommend.

Stinks

Posted 31-Aug-2017
Pros: It was reasonably clean.
Cons: Enforce the no smoking policy.
The entire hotel smells like an ashtray full of roaches. Don't advertise as non-smoking when everyone in the hotel was smoking weed like they weren't going to make it anymore. I don't care about what anyone else does, but I shouldn't have to breathe smoke at a hotel that is supposed to be smoke free.

Wifi was spotty at best, almost zero water pressure, even the non smoking room had an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke.

not good

Posted 23-Aug-2017
On our first morning a maid barged into our room at 7am, no knock or anythin. When we complained to the front desk, they said a manager would come to our room, they never did, we were there a week. The room itself had an oder it was a funky smell , but after a week there we realized it was animal smell. We saw not only dogs but cats in other rooms, I think it's great that they allow animals however carpets and linens need washed more often, because those of us without animals don't appreciate smelling them for a week.

Smelly

Posted 20-Aug-2017
It reeked. It stank of cigar smoke do bad the kids were gaging. The aircon blow musty stench so we turned it off and slept with open window that faced intersection and freight train line. This place should be condemed on health grounds. I can not emphasise how bad it smells.

Not Good

Posted 31-Jul-2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything!!
Location: Nothing
I would not recommend staying here at all. The room stunk and the whole hall smelled. They have no cleaning staff. I am not sure who does the cleaning here. It looks like anyone just walks in and starts cleaning. You don't ever see any of the hotel staff or managers. The people who stay here are scary looking people.

You get what you pay for

Posted 27-Jul-2017
Pros: It was what I expected.
Cons: The bed was too firm
Location: Didn't do too much in Castle Rock, did more in Denver, Parker, and other cities.
Nice staff, but the bed was too firm. It was what I wanted for the price. Everything was okay

No use on reservation

Posted 24-Jul-2017
The staff was really nice but booked a room about a month in advance and when we showed up the room we reserved was given to some one else so they stuck in a smoking room which my girlfriend is allergic to so we got up really early because she woke up sick and we left the hotel they said when we came back we would be in a non smoking room my main problem is I should have got some kind of credit or money back since they gavw the room away that was reserved very disappointed by that

Gross, outdated hotel

Posted 19-Jul-2017
This hotel was outdated which is always disappointing but no big deal if it's clean. Unfortunately, this hotel was super gross! The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the only way to diminish the smell was to run the air conditioning non-stop, which was so loud I couldn't sleep. The noise was still better than a headache from the smell. The bathroom had mold in the cracked grout in the shower and the pillows smelled of mildew and looked as if they had dirty shoe prints on them. As there were no other rooms available, all I could do was ask for new pillows. Nasty!
