Large and welcoming apartment, located on the first floor of a small building consisting of only three apartments, very close to the center and just 150 meters from the sea. The apartment consists of a bright living room which opens onto the terrace set up for outdoor dining and covered by an awning, kitchen with table and chairs, fridge/freezer, cylinder gas oven/stove and access to an external space at the back of the apartment with washing machine and drying rack , two double bedrooms, one of the two with a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a small outdoor space on the ground floor.  
  
This apartment is ideal for those looking for a comfortable, spacious and strategically located apartment.
