The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a small condominium (without elevator) in a quiet area and away from busy roads. The apartment includes a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and access to the panoramic balcony, a kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and gas stove with cylinder, a bathroom with window and shower cubicle, and a spacious double bedroom. It also has air conditioning and free wifi. Despite the lack of private parking, there is ample free public parking in the area. The apartment is ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway or small families with 1 or 2 children, offering a stress-free holiday.
