It is located on the first floor (without elevator) of a small building and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a terrace accessible from the living room and set up with a small table and two chairs (overlooking the main road), two bathrooms both with shower and window (one of the two has no bidet), double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, and second terrace with access from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms overlook a private, quiet courtyard opposite the main road. The property includes an assigned parking space in the condominium courtyard. The apartment is perfect for those looking for proximity to the sea, the convenience of always finding an available parking space, and a modern apartment to enjoy a peaceful holiday. The convenience of the two bathrooms allows everyone to have their own space and is the ideal solution for a family with 2 children or for two couples of friends.
