  • Welcome to this apartment, a charming two-room apartment located in a beautiful country house right on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. This idyllic residence is perfect for those seeking tranquility with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno.



    On site, you have free access to the large fenced communal swimming pool (open from April 5 to October 25), tennis court, and soccer field. Perfect for an active vacation.



    The decor is simple but functional, with exposed beams and stone floors creating an authentic atmosphere. The apartment includes a living room with TV, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.



    Outside, you can enjoy your private veranda and several cozy areas in the garden, equipped for relaxation. There is also a shared barbecue and a vegetable garden available for guests.

Everything was perfect; the area is quiet, and the view of the Umbrian countryside is wonderful. The house is perfect for a couple, and it has everything you could need to enjoy your vacation. There’s a shared barbecue and pool. The chance to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden and fresh herbs is a really nice touch! Everything is neat and clean. Gisella, the owner, is incredibly helpful—you feel like you’ve known her forever! All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
