  • The holiday apartment 'Monolocale Saraceno' in Castiglion Fibocchi is a great destination for family travel. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people.

    Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan and a TV. A crib is available for an extra fee.

    The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family.

    Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.

    2 fans: ceiling fan and portable fan.

    Guests of the apartment have access to a beautiful shared outdoor area with a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), poolside furniture, a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared laundry room is available for an additional fee.

    The apartment occupies a part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse that dates back to 1800 and is set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno valley. The farmhouse is conveniently located between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana. The perfect location to get to Arezzo's Christmas markets. It is possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours.
