  • Built in 1938 and recently renovated by the owner, Marco Frezza, this villa features a collection of works of art in a charming setting among the vineyards of the Garda countryside.
    The house has 6 double rooms with the option of an extra bed, each with a private bathroom. There is a kitchen with a fireplace and a large garden where guests can dine and enjoy the surrounding nature.
    The house is entirely at the guests’ disposal. Parties are not permitted.

We (13girls) booked the house for a weekend and we all were suprised- this house is even better than the online description. It’s the place to be I would say…its not far to the lake and it has a big and beautiful garden. You can sit there for dinner or just relax next to the small pool. The rooms are just lovely! And everything was really clean. When I‘m in Castelnuovo for the next time I will book it again.

Perfekt für Gruppen die zusammen feiern möchten

Das Haus kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben dort einen Junggesellenabschied gefeiert. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist schnell und unkompliziert. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt für Feiern. Man kann lange feiern, weil man niemanden stört und es gibt es einen Pool. Die Zimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad. Für die Anreise sollte man ein eigenes Auto haben oder mit den Taxi fahren. Aber das Haus ist halbwegs in der Nähe vom Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof in Verona.
