Located in the prestigious Borgo Gasparina, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat offers all the comfort you need combined with a truly privileged location. At the entrance, you are greeted by a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and the lake: the perfect place to have breakfast in the sun or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. When you leave the flat, you are directly on the pedestrian and cycle path that connects Peschiera with Lazise, both of which are just a few minutes' walk away. Von der Tiefgarage gelangt man direkt über 2 Treppen immer trocken zur Wohnung. Die Räume sind schön eingerichtet mit tollen Bildern und guten Möbeln. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel... wer gern kocht, gern ein Schälmesser mitbringen... Der Erstzugang war nicht ganz so einfach, da es doch etwas versteckt hinter 2 großen Toren gelegen ist. Bis zum Schluss unseres Urlaubes hatten wir hierfür leider keine Codes und mussten uns hier geschickt Zutritt verschaffen. Einziges Manko ist tatsächlich der Freizeitpark Garda, da dieser bis 23 Uhr Achterbahnfahrten durchführt. Das ist bei offenen Fenster oder auf den Terassen zu hören. Es handelt sich dabei um lustige Schreie der Besucher... uns hat es nicht gestört, da es nach Spaß und Freude klang. Fußläufig ist man in 15 Minunten in Peschiera und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten in Lazise... in 2 Minuten ist das nächste Einkaufszentrum erreicht. Wir können die Ferienwohnung für einen wirklich fantastischen und fairen Preis weiter empfehlen. Nebenan ist ebenso eine Ferienwohnung für 8 bis 10 Personen, sodass es auch für Gruppen bis zu 16 Personen gut nutzbar wäre, da man sich eine große Terrasse teilt... wir kommen gern wieder... ##### Janina W.
