The campsite was lovely and welcoming. We stayed in a chalet as a family of 4 with 2 mid-teenagers. We had a perfect view of the lake. The pool was spotless. Shame you had to pay for sun loungers, we never stayed long enough to justify paying so just sat on the tiles in the shade, as did everyone else! Yes you had to wear swim caps but we just did it without complaining, no big deal. It would be useful if they shared this information beforehand on their website or in documentation so people can be prepared. Great little shop and bar/restaurant onsite. More variety needed with the animation team, we saw the same piano man every night for a week. This could be improved. Plenty of options for water activities near the site, including an adapted paddle board / bike, which was fun but hard work! Overall we had a lovely stay, and it was a great base for exploring the area - Venice, Verona, Milan and local Caneva water park. We would definitely return and thank you for the warm welcome!
