Holiday Home 'Fienile' with Shared Pool, Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, the Fienile holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 90 m² property features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, kettle, electric coffee maker, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are also available.



Enjoy the shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open 10 am–8 pm), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, just a 10-minute drive from Siena.



There are 2 parking spaces on the premises. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property offers homegrown produce when available.



Guidelines for waste separation are provided; more information is available on site. Guests will receive a welcome basket on arrival. A hot tub is available on request. The double bed can be converted into two singles.



You can book extra activities such as horse riding lessons, babysitting, truffle hunting (available from October 2024), and more. Heating during colder months is available for an extra fee based on consumption. Tourist tax applies for an extra fee for adults only.
