Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

An impressive suite with great facilities and excellent hosts! The location is great. It's only a short walk to San Marco square, Arsenale water bus station is even closer for a short journey to the beach (Lido) and there are restaurants and convenience stores within seconds. The Royal suite is very spacious with a spa bath, shower/Turkish spa and a private sauna. Fabulous hotel perfectly placed near St Mark's Sq and the water buses. We saw people lugging cases for miles! Free mini bar offering coke, beer and water which was great as drinks out are pricey. Coffee on tap all day. Comfy beds. Our room overlooked their little courtyard so was very quiet. As nothing is perfect the bath is quite small, but is the only thing I can think of.

The hotels in a perfect location....about 5 minute walks from st marks square. Yet away from the crowds. The room we had was huge and beautifully laid out. The owners were so helpful with advice on where to go and what to do.

Fantastic in every way. The room was wonderful, the location perfect and check-in couldn't be bettered. We will be returning for a week if not more as soon as we can. We fell in love with Venice and the experience of this hotel helped. From the boat ride on the first evening and the total experience from beginning to end. We would return tomorrow.

We got a friendly welcome both when we arrived and each time we came back. The room was big and clean. It was very convenient for public transport and in walking distance of many attractions of the city, yet it was in a slightly quieter area of the city. We have stayed in this hotel 5 times, the service is outstanding and very personal, Pier the manager is fantastic and really goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Outstanding place to stay in a fantastic, beautiful location. Only a 9min walk from the main attractions. Lovely apartment which was really clean and just perfect for us with a comprehensive kitchen and cosy bedroom. Really happy overall and made our visit extra special. Highly recommended

Wonderful hotel within easy walking distance of all of the sights in the City - this was our third visit over ten years. It gets better every time!

A quiet area to stay away from the crowds which is nice after a long day walking around Venice. Room has everything you need and TV has Netflix. The rooms were clean and fresh water was given daily, I would stay here again!

They re-set our room twice a day and were so helpful with maps / tours etc.

Great location- very close to St marks square. Hotel was lovely, breakfast a bit basic but everything else was perfect. Customer service at its best. Excellent value for money if you want to be central in Venice. Go for the balcony rooms- you look over the canal
