  • Our house is located on the Chianti hills, in a peaceful area with stunning views of the surrounding valleys, just 20 minutes from Siena and 30 minutes from Florence. It offers all necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a spacious garden for outdoor dining, and private parking for two cars. Excursions in the Chianti region are easy to organize.



    The space

    The house features a large dining room, a living room with terrace, fireplace, air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and terraces. Every window is equipped with mosquito screens.
