Located in the Chianti hills, the apartment is immersed in the green oasis of the Bosco di Sant’Agnese Nature Reserve: a cypress grove that is a unique example of its kind in Tuscany and is one of only three in Italy. The location of the apartment - halfway between Siena and Florence - offers a valid solution also for lovers of tourism in the great cities of art and small villages, to the rediscovery of the jewels of Chianti and Tuscany as a whole.

very nice place; quiet and peaceful; beautiful view

We were very happy with this place. Mornings sitting in patio were very nice with a view over Tuscany. A bit far out which meant that if you needed to buy something the nearest grocery store was 15-20 min drive. Still location to sight sea around Tuscany was very good. could get to Florence in 1 hr, to Sienna in 35 min and around Chianti region easily.

Eine sehr große Wohnung mit italienischen Flair. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt! Begrüßt wurde ich mit einer Führung durch die Wohnung und dem Geschmack der Toskana im Kühlschrank. Mein besonderes Highlight war der riesige Balkon, der eher eine Terrasse ist, mit Blick auf den Wald des Naturschutzgebietes. Der nahegelegene Ort Castellina hat einen besonderen Charme und ist nicht überlaufen. In der direkten Umgebung kann man mehrere Weingüter besuchen oder auch wandern gehen. Die Unterkunft ist auch ideal für Tagesausflüge gelegen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un logement agréable

Un accueil de grande qualité avec beaucoup d'attention de la part des propriétaires. Côté équipement l'essentiel est presque présent (un four micro-ondes et un grille-pain seraient appréciables). On se sent bien dans cet appartement spacieux et climatisé mais aussi au caractère authentique. Pouvoir partager le quotidien des habitants est toujours d'une grande richesse. La grande terrasse est vraiment très appréciable.

L'appartement est parfait : terrasse et vue splendides, chambres confortables (clim). Accueil parfait aussi : Saida et sa mère nous ont aidées à monter nos valises (26 marches) et nous avaient préparé un petit en-cas. Un grand merci à elles !
