Beautiful hotel,pool and restaurant. Our rom and bathroom also delightful. Coffee tea kettle in room and steamer for clothes.The staff were exceptional nothing was to much trouble.Restraunt bar etc food and drinks a bit expensive and maybe would of liked bigger portions but still very good. The breakfast however was amazing so much choice and beautifullylaid out..Yes all in all we had a lovely stay.Would highly recommend a stay here.Don't think you would be disappointed.

Had a lovely room with a great sea view in one of the villas in the grounds of the old Palazzo. Really good air con as well as a separate fan to keep the room cool - really important given the temperature during our visit (around 30 to 32 degrees every day). Also loved having 2 sun beds on our balcony as well as another table, chairs and a large umbrella. l would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a place with history & loads of character. The old parts of the Palazzo were lovely, staff very helpful showing us around the hotel & to our room, on arrival, via golf cart. Grounds, pool & private beach also all very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in this part of Italy. The hotel is also quite easy to find in Santa Maria & there is plenty of parking in the grounds of the hotel if you have a hire car. The Palazzo is also very close to the town - a 5 minute stroll to the centre with multiple cafes, bars & restaurants to choose from. In addition, I loved having breakfast & lunch outside, in the hotel gardens, under the canopies, overlooking the sea each day, the outdoor "spritzing fans" being very welcome due to the heat. Thank you for a great stay...

Most amazing Villa and rooms. Unique and authenticate Palace in central location right on beach. Even though it was off season, the hotel was well staffed. Breakfast was good. Fantastic room.

Our stay

On arrival waited 1.1/2 hours for my bags. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Beautiful view. The pool restaurant wasn’t great. My husband’s pasta was awful. Being Italian we expected so much better. Waited over an hour. Beach area ok. Plenty of beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay even though my sister in law had to show the bar staff how to make certain drinks.

Sehr schöner alter Palazzo mit sehr viel Scharm. Die Wohnung war geräumig und schön eigerichtet. Wunderschöner, grosser und ruhiger Garten. Toller Pool mit Poolbar, wo auch ein tolles Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht eingenommen werden kann. Wir waren sehr happy und haben und sehr wohlgefühlt.
