Beach front with balconies and sea views even from the rooms on the side. Beautiful hotel. Very nice and modern room and bathroom. Parking is a bit of an issue. They have parking close by for smaller cars, but larger cars have to park a bit away in the city center. But overall very nice hotel close to many restaurants.

Check in was hard work as only one person the desk so it took over 30 minutes. Also, there was a small drop off area and involved blocking two cars in. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful however. One thing which I did find odd was that the hotel states it has parking which it doesn't..... its 300m away and is an additional cost. A fantastic view of the beach on the roof and nice pool.

I made my checkin at 1:00 am and they gave me a room, as soon I woke up they made me move out from the room stating that I should be downgraded. No superior room, no sea view. Rude receptionist

Dear Mrs Priscilla The room reserved by you is a room with partial sea views. Upon arrival at dawn, he was given a room with frontal sea views that was not the reserved room and that on the second night it was reserved. We are very sorry for your bad experience.

Not worth it; Wifi not working, tiny rooms
My wife and I spent 5 days recently and we were very disappointed. The wifi signal didn't reach our room and despite our complaints to reception they didn't fix it. Furthermore, the toilet and shower doors didn't close properly and the rooms are so small that you don't even have space for your luggage.

Love this hotel! Have stayed twice and will again.
I have stayed two times at this hotel, once in Sept. 2020 and again in May 2021. The location is excellent. It is very clean and well furnished. The staff also are very friendly and helpful. I was eating dinner alone and the waiter jokingly sat down at the table and called another waiter over to take our order saying that he could be my date. LOL. The location of this hotel is very close to restaurants and shops as well as right on the beachfront. My only area to recommend for improvement would be the breakfast...and this is difficult I realize due to covid restrictions. However, the hotel needs more staff working during breakfast to avoid long lines and wait times for food. The workers were clearly working very hard, but there were just not enough of them.

Not worth the price you pay for
Overall ok but hotel is a bit old. Bathroom does not give privacy and not comfortable yet wasn’t very clean. We also booked parking 2 weeks in advance and was confirmed by staff but when we arrived it was no longer available because given to somebody that prolonged their stay. We were not even notified. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Breakfast not exceptional as written in their review but it may be due to Covid measure that we’re quite well. Location is very convenient. The price is not worth the stay at all. I’ve been in much better hotel For much less.

The hotel has been completely renovated in the last 5 years, this year we made the renovation of the reception and previously the restaurant and the pool area, we have completed the renovation of the rooms. We are sorry you do not like the style of reform in the bathrooms, the sink area is integrated into the room as an element of decoration with a Venetian mirror and stone basins. We apologize for our mistake regarding the parking space We look forward to welcoming you again soon, and hope to make you feel more comfortable in our Hotel

Dear customer, Thank you for your opinion. When the reservation was made you ordered a room with 3 single beds. At the same moment that you asked for a double bed we made it. We always try to give to our customers all the preferences that they ask for at the moment of the reservation. For the parking places, we inform you that we have a differents places, the farder one are at 150 meters to the hotel. We do apologise if your stayed hadn't been as you had expected. Wonderful location
Friendly staff Breakfast very fresh and beautifully laid out but coffee machines hit and miss! Location fabulous and bonus with the lovely beds on the roof.

Amazing view but bad staff
You would need to book a parking spot in advance prior to arriving hotel, and it is about 3 mins walk to the carpark from the building. But the hotel location is amazing, right in front of beach and rooms are comfortable and able to accommodate my 4 pax family (3 beds + 1 extra). However, the reception staff and the staff at breakfast venue could do with a little bit of kindness. They are not friendly and almost refused my husband entry to cafe for breakfast because the 3 of us were already seated. We only asked that the staff be more polite instead of refusing him rudely. View from pool is amazing tho, almost made up for the bad service.

Lovely stay
This is a lovely hotel, not too big so it feels more personal. Room decor is modern and the shower was excellent. We had a side-sea view with balcony and a free safe in the room. Free wifi. Breakfast was fine, though we didn't eat dinner at the hotel as there are plenty of good choices around outside, though some beach-side places were closing down for the season at the end of September.

Nice hotel for the price in a beach town
The location is outstanding - right on the beach. 5 minutes out the door and you're on the sand. The flip side is it's noisy and you don't have much privacy. Our beds were uncomfortable and that was my biggest complaint. The pool was also on the small side. Other than that, it was what we expected and what was advertised.

Cela fait 2 fois que je reserve cet hotel, et franchement je le recommande. L endroit est tres propre, l emplacement ideal, le perso tres pro, les regles d hygiène sont bien respectees, et le restau est tres bon .....impec

Personnel très aimable, aux petits soins pour ses clients. Petit déjeuner somptueux et dîner de la demi pension très bien. Belle vue depuis le toit où se trouve la piscine Petit bémol: difficulté pour décharger les bagages devant l’hôtel et parking avec accès difficile. Transats de la plage trop chers

Pessima relazione qualità/prezzo. Sito web ingannevole e fuorviante. Tipico hotel per turismo di massa, altro che boutique... Attenzione al cliente scadente. Statene alla larga! The worst quality/price ratio. Cheating website with unrealistic photos. A typical mass-tourism hotel, very far from "boutique". Bad attention to the customer. Stay away! Pesima relación calidad/precio. Web con fotos enganosas. El tipico y frio hotel para turismo de masa, nada de "boutique". La peor atención al cliente jamás experimentada. No te acerques o te arrepentirás!

Hotel trés bien géré et disposant d'infrastructures très modernes, trés propre , bien situé. Tout le personnel est disponible, bien attentionné et trés professionnel !!! Les repas sont des moments particulièrement agréables : tout est bien présenté et trés bon. Un seul regret : celui de quitter des gens si attachants mais pour y revenir très vite c'est sûr . Un grand Merci à Maïté ; véritable chef d'orchestre de ce bel ensemble .

nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel PLANAMAR, nous étions en demi-pension et les petits dej sont tres bon le dîner sous forme de buffet peut déplaire en fonction des gouts mais dans l'ensemble c'est correct. l'accueil est très chaleureux et en français pour ceux qui ne parlent que le français cela peut se révéler utile. l'hotel en bord de plage est très bien situé, à 100 mètres du centre ville (resto et shopping).

Muy buena situación, comida buena, però para ser un 4* la limpieza era muy escassa, estaba demasiado sucia la habitación durante todos los días que estuvimos.
