Casa Vinzeria is a country house nestled in the greenery of the Madonie Park, just 10 km from Cefalù beach. It features a private pool and spacious outdoor areas equipped for your total relaxation.



A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The house is set in open countryside, surrounded only by nature; the access road is paved except for the last 400 meters, which are unpaved. On-site parking is available.



Casa Vinzeria, dating back to the early 1900s, offers 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower in the main building, 1 bedroom with bathroom and shower under the patio, plus an annex with double bedroom, bathroom, and shower. The living room-kitchen is comfortable, and there is a stone lounge with fireplace. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a capsule coffee machine. The house accommodates up to 7 guests in its 140 sqm. For families with young children, a crib and high chair are available (crib available for an extra fee).



Outside, you will find a 120 sqm patio, pool with hydromassage, children's pool, and outdoor shower. Covered and uncovered terraces are perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues. Private garden and surrounding nature complete the experience. Trails to Madonie Park start from here; car and quad rentals are available. Internet and satellite TV are provided. One pet is allowed on request.



The entire property is at your disposal. Events are not permitted.



All areas, including outdoor furniture and the pool, are cleaned regularly.
