No dining service after breakfast. No snacks or even a water fountain available for guests. Hotel to far from town. No decent restaurants near hotel. Swimming pool dirty. Patio furniture dirty. I will never book this hotel again. Reception & cleaning staff very friendly though!

The front desk staff and the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. We got our money back within 2 days, all thanks to the manager. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Bolzano. This hotel also offers the most convenient location and a rooftop restaurant where you can have an amazing breakfast with a breathtaking view of Bolzano town center. The room and the amenities are new and modern. We will no doubt to stay again if we go back to Bolzano.
