Conveniently located in Marina Di Castagneto Carducci, Italy in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast" and only 78 km (49 mi) from Pisa. Villa Pineta is a nice property with air conditioning and WiFi internet. The apartment / condo has a total of four independent units. The property can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably. If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

The apartment can communicate internally through a door in the corridor with the apartament CAMELIA.

IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 5(each person and baby beyond 4 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week).
