"Our stay was enjoyable overall. The apartment had great amenities, beautiful views, and a convenient location close to the beach, nearby markets, and Kalatua Beach Club. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement, particularly the cleanliness of the property. We noticed a few stains during our stay, and the dust buildup on the air conditioning unit above the bed was concerning, especially since it affected my allergies and caused congestion in the mornings. Despite those issues, I would still consider staying here again because of the location, views, and overall experience."

"The only negative thing I can say about this property is the timeshare holders snatching the chairs early morning then going back to there room. There were families with kids that came down and could not get a chair because there was towels with no people on almost all the good chairs and umbrellas. That’s not fair if you’re not going to occupy when you put your towel down you should not be able to walk away and leave your towels as a reserved chair with umbrellas for multiple hours. We ended up giving our chairs an umbrella, so a family could have shade with their child."

"I primarily booked this property for the high marks it received on cleanliness and it didn’t disappoint in the least. The only problem was the key to the sliding door is difficult to lock. It seems like it doesn’t catch and hold like it should. The ocean view was superb with the rhythmic cadence of lapping waves. It’s in an excellent quiet location within walking distance of 2 of Sint Maarten’s finest beaches including the World Famous Maho Beach."

"Great place. Balcony with hammock was nice. Very spacious and clean. Free parking right outside. Easy to get in and out and seemed like a secure neighborhood. Negatives would be water pressure is only ok. It’s not bad but I’d say it’s like a 6/7. You also have to go through an arm gate to get in and out. The guy is usually around and I felt more secure with it but it’s worth noting. Overall it’s a great stay and I even saved for later. Would definitely return. "
