"The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily.
The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. "Absolutely loved this last minute holiday to Tiara Beach. Food great... Most of staff friendly Room lovely and cleaned well. Only thing was no where near enough sunbeds in peak season..other than that fantastic hotel.. definitely recommend and return"
"Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes.
We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."
"Nice resort, pools. Close to beach. Poorly maintained and not cleaned. Mattresses were dirty. But apartment was big, air conditioning great, view of the sea amazing and next to best beach. Mall around it and lots of grocery stores and shopping. A few things weren’t working but staff was friendly. There is no reception so you need to pick up keys in person about a mile away. "

"First night terrible rooms one with no bed sheets no towels. Mold all over . Parking far away ( I am handicapped)nobody spoke English that night . The all inclusive a bad joke . The restaurant dirty . Food cold . The food was worse than the one distributed for homeless people.Garbage everywhere. "

Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved.
The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order."

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
