    The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

    Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

    Quiet Hours
    Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

    Check-Out Time
    Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

    Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

By booking and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from use of the waterfront or lake access areas.
