- This spacious and comfortable villa of 170m2, haven of peace, has been completely designed to promote relaxation and conviviality. The bay windows of the living room open onto a large terrace with swimming pool, a summer kitchen with plancha and a Zen garden with trees closed.
You can head either to the Mediterranean beaches (20km) or to the foothills of the Pyrenees. Located in the Corbières, near the Cathar castles at the foot of a Genoese tower overlooking the plain of Roussillon. Surrounded by vineyards and scrubland (olive, almond, pine). Living room with high ceilings, open kitchen of standing, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, American fridge, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, including a master suite of 40m2, TV in all rooms.
The villa "The South" can accommodate 6-8 people. This house is closed by an electric gate. It is possible to park 3 vehicles safely.
