I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice." The hotel is conveniently located on one of the main streets in town and just a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station. The Tourist Information Office is across the street and there are many restaurants and stores within minutes of the hotel. The Old Town is also close by with the entire city very walkable. Hiking options, with varying levels of elevation and difficulty, are easily accessible. The hotel staff were friendly and professional and I was greeted every time I entered or exited. They were willing to answer my questions and provided a map and directions to the laced I was interested in. My room was very large with a comfortable bed, multiple windows with a view of the town, and a very nice bathroom. I will definitely stay at the NH Andorra la Vella the next time I am in Andorra!" We could see the town and even the snowy mountains through the window, which made the stay extra special 🏔️❄️ The shared kitchen was also a big plus—very clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The location in La Massana is perfect, close to the cable car and easy to explore Andorra. Overall, everything was excellent—from service to room to facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
