"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. "Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests.
