Welcome to this cozy penthouse located in Casares Costa, next to the Doña Julia golf course.  
An ideal place for those looking to relax, enjoy nature, and disconnect from the daily routine without giving up comfort.  
  
The property, located on the top floor, offers 60 m² designed to accommodate up to four adults. It features two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, heating pump, and access to the outdoors. One of the bedrooms includes a full en-suite bathroom.  
  
The living-dining area is tastefully decorated and opens directly onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture — perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco or relaxing at the end of the day.  
The kitchen is open-plan, American-style, and separated from the living area by a counter, making it ideal both for cooking and for sharing moments throughout the day. It is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, and freezer.  
  
The apartment offers two private outdoor spaces, a 25 m² southwest-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun, and a large 50 m² rooftop solarium, perfect for sunbathing and taking in the surrounding landscape.  
  
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and a private parking space in the underground garage. The building has a lift and access to a communal pool surrounded by gardens, equipped with a shower and toilet. Pool availability may vary depending on the season.
