Tolles kleines Haus in ruhiger, schöner Lage. Ausstattung, bis auf das Schlafsofa und die Matratzen im Bett -dafür waren wir wohl zu alt;)-, war wie erforderlich; praktisch, sauber, funktionell.

Meine Familie und der Hund, waren in diesem Häuschen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.! Das Grundstück mit den zigtausenden olivenbäumen einfach herrlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Alle Erwartungen sind erfüllt

Wie schon beim letzten Mal, haben wir einen herzlichen und zugewandten Empfang erhalten. Wir waren als Paar mit Hund in den Ferien. Wie dies schon in der Lagebeschreibung aufgeführt ist, ist es sehr ruhig und für Eigeninitiative bleibt viel Spielraum. In Casale M. gibt es genug Möglichkeiten für den Ausgang am Abend und wer mag - geht an den Strand oder in eine der weiteren Städte. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Umgang mit den Eigentümern ist super angenehm!!

Erholsam und frei von Störungen

Wir haben eine Unterkunft vorgefunden, die so war, wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und die Küche so eingerichtet, dass alles vorhanden ist, was zum Alltag notwendig ist. Auch die Reinigungsutensilien sind vorhanden. Sogar Spülmittel 😊. Dies ist noch lange nicht in allen Unterkünften, die wir bis dato hatten, so gewesen. Der Umgang mit den Vermietern ist perfekt. Zuvorkommend und zugewandt haben wir den Kontakt empfunden. Wenn Du Dich für solch eine Unterkunft interessierst, ist Dir klar – dass die Landschaft und das Land direkt vor Deiner Tür beginnen. Dies heisst verschiedene fliegende und kriechende Bewohner sind auch da. Diese findest Du dann hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse und ums Haus. Innen eher nicht. Mückenspray solltest Du schon dabei haben. Klar ist auch für Dich, die Landwirte werden in den Olivenhainen am Arbeiten sein. Du wirst punktuell die Traktoren hören. Ein Wort zu den fehlenden Auflagen bei den Liegen - bring einfach welche mit und gut ist. Die Anfahrt ist nicht asphaltiert, richtig! Doch sehr gut zu befahren. Vorsichtig musst Du sowieso sein, ist also kein Grund zur Sorge oder übertriebenen Bemerkungen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, an diesen ruhigen und erholsamen Ort.

Im Olivenhain

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende Mai zu Gast. Es war ein herzlicher Empfang, der mit Blumen auf dem Tisch unterstützt war. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was der Alltag benötigt. Wohnen, Schlafen und Bad ist so wie es in der Offerte beschrieben ist. Es sind alle Reinigungsmaterialien zum sauber halten vorhanden. Dies ist lange nicht bei allen Unterkünften, die wir hatten, selbstverständlich. Küche ist mit allem, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Gläser ausgestattet. Alles echt top gepflegt. Danke!

Urlaub 2023 Casale Maritimo

Wir kennen das Haus jetzt schon seit Jahren. Es liegt in ein Tal am Ende einer Sackgasse. Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Einfach ausgestattet aber es ist alles da was man benötigt. Manchmal wünscht man sich eine Mikrowelle um mal schnell etwas warm zu machen. (Ich weiß, purer Luxus). Wer die Toskana kennt der weiß das es immer etwas zu entdecken gibt.

Ein einfach eingerichtetes Häuschen in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Abgelegen über 1km Schotterpiste zu erreichen.

Wir waren erneut sehr zufrieden und konnten uns gut erholen, landschaftlich ein Traum und für Hunde ein Paradies! Neu ist ein regendichtes Terrassendach, das ist ein extra Pluspunkt!

Urlaub 2022 Maritimo del Cassale

Ein sehr schönes in ein kleinem Tal gelegenes Haus was mit Einem Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und ein kleinen Gefrierschrank ausgestattet ist. Bestecke sind ausreichend vorhanden nur wenn es ums Geschirr geht wird es eng.Da es nur eine Schüssel gibt muss man sein Essen überwiegend auch den Töpfen oder Pfannen essen. Ich hatte dieses Haus jetzt schon zum zweiten mal gemietet und werde es bestimmt wieder einmal mieten. Allerdings dann etwas später im Jahr wenn es nicht mehr so Warm ist.

Paradies für Zwei

Wunderbare ruhige, einsame und romantische Lage (spannend zu finden..). Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Schöner Sitzplatz mit 2 neueren Liegestühlen (ohne Kissen), Esstisch und 4 Stühlen. Super Moskito-Netze! Wir empfehlen im Sommer einen Ventilator mitzubringen. Grosser Umschwung, Zaun habe ich keinen gesehen. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus perfekt. Am Meer ist man mit dem Auto ca. in 15 Minuten. Nächstes Restaurant Robin Hood in 5 Minuten (empfehlenswert). Grazie!

Traumhaft gelegene Finca

Diese entzückende kleine Finca liegt wunderschön in der hügeligen Landschaft inmitten vieler Olivenbäumen und hat sogar einen Meerblick! Absolut ruhig und fantastisch gelegen-für Naturliebhaber bestens geeignet. Vorsicht vor Mücken! Die Einrichtung der Finca ist ausreichend. Jedoch der Aussentisch und die Plastikstühle waren schrecklich-unbedingt Neue erforderlich! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder-in dieses kleine Paradies!
