"The only thing that was negative was the fact that online the property was described as being located a few meters away from the beach. In the description of the property it says ( only at the end the last sentence) : 4 km away from the beach. The adress ( a street 4 kilometers long) is misleading."

"My family spent a thoroughly enjoyable two nights in this lovely property. The views over Rouen are stunning, though anyone with mobility issues would struggle in this house due to the stairs. We managed to park outside easily and the city centre is just a short drive away. We will be back :)"

"What a wonderful guest house to stay in. The inside is very bright, clean, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. "The hotel is very convenient for the old town and is just minutes alj from the Gros Horloge. We had a room overlooking the courtyard which was very quiet and beautifully furnished. The spa is quite amazing for a hotel facility. The staff were all very charming and helpful. We had a most enjoyable 3 night stay. "

"The hotel was just what we needed for an overnight stay. When we arrived we found the interior to be light, bright and welcoming. The staff were attentive and cheerful and explained where we needed to park as there’s no parking at the hotel it’s self. The room was spacious and clean . The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There is a building site next door as it looks like extensive work is being carried out in the area. We were not bothered by this at all. The hotel is situated a 10-15 minute walk from the town. We found this an easy walk into a very picturesque area with cafe, bars and restaurants. It was very lively and we had a lovely meal out. We did not use the hotel for breakfast and checkout was very quick. All in all a very pleasant if not quick stay "
