Malybo Palm gives you a complete apartment for experiencing Cartagena with family, a partner or friends. Its layout keeps everyone together during shared moments while giving each guest privacy whenever they are ready to rest.

Start the morning by making breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. The freestanding island adds preparation space and gives everyone a place to gather over coffee and plan the day before heading out.

After returning, enjoy the air-conditioned living room, settle into the sofa bed and share a movie on the Full HD TV. Step directly onto the balcony to catch the breeze and take in La Popa, the Walled City and glimpses of the sea. Both balconies include protective glass panels.

At the end of the day, rest in one of three bedrooms, each with a double bed, closet and exterior view. The primary bedroom also has air conditioning, a TV and its own balcony; the other two bedrooms have floor fans. Two bathrooms allow the group to move through its daily routine more comfortably.

Throughout your stay, 900 Mbps Wi-Fi supports remote work, studying and streaming, while the washer-dryer makes longer trips easier to manage. The sofa bed adds another place to relax in the living area, and maximum occupancy remains six guests.

Before arrival, we will request the information required to register every guest. When you reach the building, present your identification at reception to validate entry, then use one of the three elevators to reach the apartment.

Once inside, you and your companions will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The digital lock allows you to enter with the code assigned for your stay, without coordinating the delivery of a physical key.

On the top floor, enjoy the pool and terrace shared with other residents and guests. Regular pool hours are Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on Thursdays, access begins at noon. The pool may close on the maintenance day designated by building management. Hours and conditions remain subject to current building rules.

If you are arriving by car, please note that the apartment does not include private parking. Paid parking options are available nearby. Building entrances, elevators and shared hallways are monitored by security cameras managed by the building.

From the moment you book, the MG Design & Stays team will guide you through the preparations for your trip. Before arrival, you will receive instructions for registering guests, locating the building, completing entry and using the digital lock.

After check-in, we will contact you to confirm that you entered successfully and found the apartment ready for your stay. If you have questions about the space or its equipment, we can guide you without interrupting your plans.

You will have privacy throughout your stay. If in-person assistance or maintenance is required, we will coordinate it with you in advance. Building reception manages entry and shared areas, while MG Design & Stays handles everything related to your reservation and the apartment.

The building is located in Torices, a residential area of Cartagena with local homes, neighborhood businesses and ongoing urban development. The area is busier during the day with residents, vehicles and commercial activity, while evenings are generally quieter and less populated. For returning after nighttime activities, we recommend taking a taxi or ride-hailing service directly to the building.

Marbella Beach is approximately five blocks away. The walk may take around 9 to 11 minutes for an adult and longer when traveling with children. San Felipe Castle is about 2 km away, the walls and entrances to the Walled City are roughly 2.3 to 2.5 km away, and the airport is approximately 3 km from the building. Driving times vary with Cartagena traffic.

Because Torices continues to develop, daytime sounds may include traffic, neighborhood businesses or nearby construction. At night, the residential character of the area and the building’s quiet-hour rules result in less surrounding activity.

If you arrive by car, you may use the parking bay directly in front of the building, subject to availability and without reserved spaces. The bay is within the view of a building security camera. If it is full, paid parking options are available nearby.

Showers use room-temperature water, as the apartment does not have a water-heating system. Air conditioning is available in the living room and primary bedroom; bedrooms 2 and 3 have floor fans.

Visitors require prior approval and registration and must remain within the apartment’s maximum capacity. Anyone staying overnight must be included in the reservation, and visitor access may involve additional charges under the current policy.
