Great up and coming Bocagrande hotel.
Kristal Tower is a great hotel. Very customer service focused and friendly staff. Our Spanish is not the strongest, but they were able to communicate in English with us. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds were really relaxing after long days of walking around town or hanging out at the beach. Fresh breakfast served every morning from a very attentive wait staff. Great rooftop pool with views of the rest of neighborhood. The area is touristy with a number of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away. The airport and old city were just a quick ride away. Wi-Fi was strong and simple to connect. Bathrooms were great!

Excellent hotel. Brand new with spacious rooms and new beds, room safes, 42 inch LED tv. Everything was excellent

Great Hotel & Great Staff
We stayed there for a few days after staying in a different one (4 star rating). Kristal Tower was definitely the better choice and we would go there again. + Really great staff! Best regards and thanks

Hotel nuevo, bonito, cómodo y bien ubicado
Hotel nuevo, bonito y limpio, camas cómodas , bien ubicado , con potencial para mejorar ,hay que mejorar los servicios en cuanto a la variedad y presentación del desayuno , el personal es amable , pero deben estar mejor presentados

Muy agradable
Es un hotel nuevo, con apenas un mes de apertura hasta hoy. El personal es muy amable y está pendiente de cada detalle. Recomendado
