The hotel is very nice, have all necessary amenities, great AC, there were no windows in the room which is great since you do not hear any sounds from never-sleeping Cartagena, the hotel can be found by the name Hotel Casa Acqua. Breakfast is great, location is perfect for walking around old city center.

Loud music played all night long,night club down the street. Windows from the 19th century,so everything going on on the street is heard all night. Central location.breakfast takes forever to get to the table...I don't manage to finish waiting and left.

Property has an excellent location in the heart of the old city. The biggest drawback is the size and layout of the washroom. It is almost impossible for a full-sized person to get to the potty the way the sink is located next to the bathroom.

Too noisy. I couldn’t sleep more than a few hours each night due to the music from the bar in front of the hotel, the people on the street and the cars honking constantly

Not worth a dime
Dirty sheets (hair and food stain). Shower water runs into the the entire bathroom. The worst experience ever. Paid 4 nights upfront thought hotels.com, but staid only 1 night as it was too late to find something else that day. Even thought its cheap, its not even worth the few $ you pay. I wouldn't stay there, if I was paid for it.The only positive about this place is the friendly staff.

A room with no window. (Literally no window.) Music coming from reception at night. The curious sound of animals crawling through the walls right behind my head while trying to sleep. I usually stay in economical hotels and don't need anything fancy, but this was pretty grim. After two days I decided to go stay with a friend despite that I had already paid for several more nights. I told them in the morning and they said that was fine but that they couldn't refund the remaining nights. Then when leaving in the afternoon the rather dour lady at reception said I should pay a late checkout fee as well. (Erm, how is it late if I'm stuck paying for several more nights in this coffin?) She kindly (sarcasm) waived that late fee. The location is excellent,but sadly I cannot recommend this place.

El personal muy amable, lo único fue que cuando fuimos a costarnos, nos dimos cuenta de la las sabanas no las habían cambiado; llamamos al personal y las cambiaron inmediatamente, de resto todo muy bien.

El hotel no tiene agua caliente y no lo advierte en ningún lugar en su publicación. Es un engaño total. Reclamé tres veces porque internet no funcionaba y nunca lo solucionaron. No lo recomiendo para nada.

El hotel en terminos generales muy bueno, excelente ubicación e instalaciones, el desayuno demasiado básico (se podría mejorar) y en la ducha del baño hacía falta una puerta por lo que se mojaba cada vez que uno se bañaba

O encanamento do chuveiro simplismente descolou da parede dois dias seguidos. Me trocaram de quarto, o banheiro minúsculo com piso escorregadio e sem nenhum tapete ou toalhinha/tapete no chão. Escorreguei, fraturei o pé, enfim.... estragou a viagem
