The beds were comfortable and had great pillows. Cartegena was so beautiful we spent most of our time outside the apartment but it was nice to come home to a quite night sleep. When I contacted the property manager I was told that the listing did not say that it had hot water available. I must have rented 20 plus times with VRBO and never had to question if there was hot water. I am asking VRBO for a refund.The property manager Luis was available by phone or WhatsApp but I think he failed on listing his property accurately Andres was excellent.The property was absolutely misrepresented.The property was dirty, we needed to clean most areas.All the kitchen pots and pans were in terrible condition and some with broken handles. Some we did not even try to use because of how they looked.The beds only had a sheet and very uncomfortable in 2 of the bedrooms.The towels had seen better days.No beach towels as stated.The sofa was in very poor condition.
