Excellent meals, friendly and accommodating staff are available around the clock so it feels completely safe. Communication with Alberto the owner was seamless from day 1, he answered all questions promptly via email. Once we arrived at the property and was introduced to the staff we knew we made the right decision in booking this home. The property was very nice and clean the staff was exceptional. Anything we needed the staff was there for us. They cooked some amazing breakfast and dinners that represented there culture. If your looking to visit Cartagena and want to feel comfortable and safe this is the place. We definitely recommend this home. We will be returning and booking this home again. We were completely surprised when we got there that it was way more than we were expecting. Fully staffed, clean, pristine, beautifully managed. Every morning we were mad a delicious breakfast with fresh juice and local eats. The staff were more than willing to get supplies for us as needed throughout the trip as well. Towards the end of the week, we were hit with concerns about covid testing before we left back for the states, as one of us started feeling unwell. The staff were so kind and responsive, and Alberto quickly found us services that came to the house and made it seamless for us.
