This delightful 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor in an enviable position overlooking attractive gardens and the fantastic Bellaluz swimming pool. The Bellaluz central plaza is just a short stroll away where you will find a number of boutiques, a pharmacy, well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars.

The apartment is comfortably furnished throughout and is equipped with satellite television, broadband and air-conditioning in the lounge. There is a separate dining room leading onto the balcony which gets the afternoon sun until it goes down.

The main bedroom overlooks attractive gardens and has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen has an oven, double fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the necessary utensils.

Great location and sunny evening balcony
Ideally located beside the pool and restaurants. Apartment is dated and some items needed to be replaced. Air conditioning was brilliant and the two fans for the bedroom was prefect to us cool during the very hot stay.I would return to this property.It was basic and suited all our requirements. Judy the property manager was excellent and sorted everything very quickly with our stay .

The floor was dirty and had bits everywhere The aircon unit was ok but wasn’t strong enough to go into the bedroom But overall very nice the agent was very accommodating letting us check out late so would recommend to others

Ideal location, well appointed apartment but in need of a good clean and electricity problem sorted
The owner was generous in that she left many items that one would normally buy oneself for self-catering i.e. bin bags, cloths, shampoo and conditioner etc. However the state of cleanliness was very poor - we had to wash all crockery and utensils before using them as they all looked decidedly grubby. Also there was a major issue with the electrical system which resulted in the lights and appliances 'tripping' at regular intervals - we would estimate that the electrics tripped over forty times within our five night stay. This even happened at night when nothing was switched on apart from the fridge/freezer. The apartment was in an ideal location, spacious and well laid out. With a little more detail to cleanliness, some decoration and electricity problem sorted we feel the owner could justifiably ask for more rent per stay. Prestige were very quick to come out to the apartment and show us how to use the A/C unit and oven, and fixed the kitchen's wobbly tap.

Nice apartment, great location, bad electric :(
We loved the apartment and it was in a perfect location for golf, shops, bars etc. It was larger than it looks on the pictures! Nice and clean. Easy to collect keys. The only thing that let it down was the electric. It constantly tripped even when nothing was in use. It would even do it in the night when no lights were on or anything plugged in. It didnt really matter that much to us as we were out all day but just abit annoying that golf watches etc didnt charge up. Overall great place!

Property a good location but a bit tired looking also could have been cleaner.
As the weather was chilly in November I need some heating. With the heater plugged in the electricity kept tripping which ment no lights or internet which happened every day at least eight times a day, frustrating! Also many things not in good working order. Personally I would not stay there again.
