"We loved our penthouse , even it had some flaws!!..The food at the Restaurant, the pool ,gym and other areas were really nice ,but like with all buildings ( historical wise) you can see in some areas the 'teeth of time' have left their signs !!..We were challenged with all those climbing stairs, several times a day, where we had to ger to the pool,restaurant or gym 🏋️‍♂️ but we made it...and if you like to walk around a bit , to the Pablo Market , you need to be good to foot!!..If tou can get a car, its fine, but keep in mind , they're having left side driving !! Restaurants and Taxi service are not the cheapest, but its more convenient if you like to explre downtown or other areas !..Parking places are a challenge to find, therefore it was taxi for us !!!..The relaxing atmosphere is just great, and you need to learn to be patient 🙏 Otherwise it was super relaxing and beautiful!!! "

"yes we had an ocean view...everything was great...except the floor was still sandy when we checked in"

"The front desk staff on check in tried to charge us when we had bought a package through Expedia. She was not kind our compassionate nor did she foster any connection to us at check in. We alerted the front desk about fecal material in the pool and on the pool deck. The poop on the pool deck could be clearly seen from our hotel window and in spite of alerting the front desk staff both by phone and direct conversation at front desk it remained on pool deck until our check out. Our room did not get cleaned the one day we asked for it to be in spite of the day bring in line with the eod policy. When we asked the next day - we got fresh towels and made beds but the conditioner and hand soap dispensers were not refilled and remained empty. The hotel location is good. However rest staffing with individuals that like people would be a good start. Additionally work ethic for cleaning and hygiene would be good"

"Everything went great! Services were fast with a little bit of island time! lol. This was our second year and will be making this our annual vacation. If you’re looking for the fancy ritz Carlton, this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for a family friendly, good food and a little peace and quiet…this is the place! Although Iggies was always poppin! "

"The property was unlike the pictures. The unit was nice but needed a paint job. I was not informed of the rolling black outs. The property needed upkeep and the outdoor furniture was in terrible condition. "

"Kitchen was well equipped, the villa was spotless, spacious and offers a beautiful view!Hosts were available and helpful! Cooler, beach chairs and beach towels available. Very relaxing and comfortable. "
