"Like the property and why it provides guests, however the check out process is not convenient for guests, take longer than needed and staff are not there to help when we need them "

"We traveled with four kids under 13 and three adults, and the condo had plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean, comfortable, and perfect to come back to after long days out—especially with the cool A/C and multiple pools to unwind in.We were missing hand towels in the bathrooms and a baking dish, but we made do with the kitchen towels and an oven‑safe pan. That’s just me being picky, and it didn’t affect our stay.The gated location felt very secure, and we loved being minutes from the beach, grocery stores, and shops. The grounds were well kept, and the staff, especially the guard, were extremely friendly. We had a great stay and would happily return."

"Our host was amazing! Very responsive to the questions we had. The house was clean and spacious. The A/C in the bedrooms work great. We had fun playing ping pong and video games one night too. We would definitely rent again. The location is up kinda in the hills FYI and not in the "city" We loved that we can hear the frogs at night."

"We had such a fantastic trip. Maria and Ramon were so kind and helpful! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean was incredible. Everything was incredibly clean. We stayed with our two kids, ages 4 and 6. They even had some small toys tucked into a closet that were perfect for our boys. We enjoyed the water park, visit to Palomino Island and all the pools and hot tubs. This was a perfect trip with a perfect place to stay. We hope to return someday! "
