"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. Walking into the city in the evening is about 10 minutes, just know you walk uphill to get back to Guesthouse Esma. We stayed in the single queen bed room which is...
"Perfectly located in the heart of old town - rooms are on the smaller side, but this boutique hotel is otherwise finished to a high standard and offers everything you need for a weeks stay in beautiful Rovinj! "
"This was a property owned by a very nice family, very modern, cute clean property recently built in the country close by vineyards. The room was great, breakfast was good with amazing view of the vineyards. Great service as well."
"Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento all'ultimo piano, con due camere da letto, nonostante la prenotazione fosse per quello a una camera soltanto. La proprietaria é stata disponibile per l'orario del check-in ed é stata gentilissima nella spiegazione dei vari luoghi da visitare, spiagge, ristoranti.
Appartamento comodo, cucina con tutto il necessario, climatizzatore, lenzuola e asciugamani.
La posizione non é centrale ma c'è possibilità di parcheggio senza pagare "
"Nice boutique hotel within walking distance of the town square and waterfront. Easy check in, LOTS of friendly, helpful advice about the area and a great restaurant Il Faro where the pizza and Italian dishes (spaghetti carbonara!!) are fabulous. "
"Claudia was amazing, she came down to meet us off the bus and walked us to our apartment, she shared a lot of valuable information with us about our stay, and answered all of our questions. She was wonderful!"
"The owner is very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. Four minutes by car to the city center, free private parking is a plus for people with cars."
"Lovely small, friendly hotel with quiet lounge areas to enjoy. Staff extremely helpful. Close to beach and a nice 25 minute walk into town. First hotel we’ve been to that did not provide coffee tea facilities in the room which was very disappointing. Only tea and water available in the breakfast area during afternoon/evening. No milk provided. Coffee machine sadly unavailable during the afternoon/evening."
"This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. It’s an easy walk to old town and the water. There is an excellent restaurant just down the street, Il Faro, very good food and great service. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Staff was extremely helpful. Would stay here again. "

"Staff was very accommodating and came looking for us 2x when our ferry from Venice was cancelled due to rough seas and we were transported by bus. Would have been tough to find this wonderful family operated hotel without them. They have a golf cart to get one from the port to their old city location. While very close, lots of twists and turns to get there."
"I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff were amazing. They were gracious, courteous, helpful and kind. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was included (we had an omelette that was excellent). We had dinner at the attached restaurant, Tramonto, on our last night and it was an exquisite experience from start to finish. The restaurant was expensive but so top class in every way that it was worth every euro!!. Service was white glove and perfect. All four of us were impressed with the quality and presentation of our respective dinners. Delicious and beautiful food. My sea bass was the best I have ever had.
The hotel location is tricky to find because the name of the hotel is on the side of the building, not on the side facing the street. There is no parking at the hotel but Sofia (wonderful concierge) takes you to a parking location and drives you back to the hotel. Everything is walkable in Rovinj so we didn’t need our car to enjoy the town. This stay was the highlight so far of our two weeks on a driving holiday in Croatia. Very highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant Tramonto!!"

"This is a great 5 star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool areas.
The views from the hotel of Rovinj are beautiful. It’s such a cleverly designed hotel. Our room was quiet and big enough for 3 of us for a week.
We would definitely return to this hotel. A big thank you to the amazing staff for looking after us so well. "
"The hotel amenities and breakfast dining were great. Bedrooms and housekeeping spot on. Lots of activities if you wanted them but discreetly offered. Location good. Pool and beach areas fabulous with plenty of towels."
Be delighted by the charm and authenticity of this pretty little Istrian harbor, around which you will find cobbled lanes, historic buildings and excellent restaurants.
