"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento all'ultimo piano, con due camere da letto, nonostante la prenotazione fosse per quello a una camera soltanto. La proprietaria é stata disponibile per l'orario del check-in ed é stata gentilissima nella spiegazione dei vari luoghi da visitare, spiagge, ristoranti.
Appartamento comodo, cucina con tutto il necessario, climatizzatore, lenzuola e asciugamani.
