"The staff were exceptionally helpful. I arrived at 2am in the morning and messages them two hours before while I was on the plane and they organised a car to collect me. They were very kind and helped me with anything I needed from ordering cars, food, laundry, finding my way about. Mohammed was particularly helpful. The only downside was the WiFi in my room was not working but eventually they got someone to fix it. It's in the heart of downtown and easy access everywhere. The staff made the stay really special. 10/10 on that front!"

"What one would expect from a 5 star hotel - spacious rooms, attentive staff, excellent food and restaurant choices. Enjoyed the breakfast as there were a variety of food choices. While we did not face the Nile or street view, we faced toward the museum. The sound from outside below (wedding and entertainment patio) carried to the 11th floor so if you are not a sound sleeper, suggest bringing ear plugs or don’t go to bed before 10 pm!"

"From check in to check out Sama hotel sherif bash was awesome. Staff arranged for an airport pickup and helped with our luggage up to our rooms. They were clean and had enough space for our belongings. The bathrooms were clean and the shower got hot. The staff continually checked in on our needs and offered various amenities. I could not recommend this hotel enough. I felt safe and comfortable for my entire stay. They also offered free breakfast but unfortunately we were not around for it."

"Great hotel - just as well as Cairo was a big disappointment! We booked the opera suite which was exceptionally good value. The club room was fantastic for evening drinks/nibbles and for breakfast. "Bien situé géographiquement pour les activités. Cependant le secteur est intense avec le bruit la nuit ainsi que le harcèlement dans les rues. Ne prenez pas les excursions de l'hôtel, beaucoup trop cher et un vrai scam pour les touristes. Faites attention car il veulent trouver des raisons pour vous chargée toute! J'ai nettoyer les chaises et la table de ma terrasse car c'était dégueulasse et il ont essayer de me chargée des frais à cause de la serviette sale! Sinon les chambres sont biens."
