In addition to its benefits on the body and its relaxing properties for the mind, the SPA allows pleasant moments of conviviality with family or friends.
The swimming pool with its large beach is ideal for children, it is located in front of the house to fully enjoy family moments

The farmhouse has a surface area of 80m2 with a covered terrace of 20m2 open to the living room.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on the ground floor), a beautiful living room open to an equipped and functional kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet.
The swimming pool has a large beach for the delight of children.
The farmhouse is fully air-conditioned.
The outside offers a garden of more than 1000m2 fully enclosed and not overlooked, you can park your vehicles, play a game of boules, a barbecue or simply enjoy the quiet.
A few metres from the house begins the Via Venaissia, a superb walk on the greenway.
You can rent or have the bikes delivered to your home, through Veloc'sud, we can also book it for you.
We can also book visits and tastings in some cellars.
We give priority to welcoming our holidaymakers as much as possible, but we can also make an independent entrance.
The SPA and the swimming pool operate all year round except for climatic events.
The SPA is reserved for adults for hygiene and safety reasons.
The Spa is not a swimming pool, hygiene must be scrupulously respected.
For your safety, we come to check the quality of the water if necessary.
Noisy parties are strictly prohibited.
Holidaymakers may not receive guests from outside the rental without prior authorisation from the owners.
Cleanliness regulations: the house must be left clean (as you found it), if you do not wish to do the cleaning request to the owner, the cleaning will be charged.
You can charge your electric car for an additional fee.
In July and August, rental from Saturday to Saturday.
