Guests enjoy private beach access and two community pools! The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is only a short stroll!! The master bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom features a full and bunk bed. This condo has a peak-a-boo ocean view from the back patio. Super location to everything that makes CB awesome including restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk! The Space: This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay Guest Access: The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents The Neighborhood: The Sand Pebbles condos is a great community with two pools, private beach access with a mix of full time residents and vacationers! Getting Around: \- Free parking at condo for one car \-Walk, bike, paid public parking at beaches and in town \-Uber cars and taxi's are also available Other Things to Note: \- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! \- Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away. \- Take the ferry to enjoy Southport for the day! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Parking is main issue with this specific unit This was a cute place with nice features and close to the beach. We were coming from Myrtle Beach and staying a few nights here to extend our vacation. The main concern for this unit is parking. The unit only has 1 parking permit, and the town has no free parking areas. We paid $20 the first day to park my parents' vehicle 1/2 mile away. I spoke with 5 different families staying in various units at Sand Pebbles and they all had 2 to 3 parking passes for their condos. Fortunately, we were able to double park our vehicles in a closed bay, as there was plenty of room in the bay for 2 vehicles. We also had offers from other nice families to use their passes if needed. This saved us the $25 per day fee. (We paid $20 the 1st day because it was after 4pm). It's pretty silly to only have 1 parking space available per the size of the condo. It's also good to keep in mind there is no elevator, which we knew before booking. This condo is a good option for those wanting limited steps, as there is only one set of steps (about 10) plus 2 little steps after a landing. ##### Maria H.
