We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure. Guest Access: Hard key. House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities. No smoking. You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. Pool Notice: Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures. Pet Policy: Dogs Allowed. Owner will allow up to 2 dogs, 75lbs Total Max. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! I loved the location and front porch of this property! You can see 3 different views of the ocean. The property was very clean. The downstairs local neighbors were the best! I had to contact the rental agency (regarding an issue with a previous renter) and they were fantastic to work with. They called within an hour and solved the problem as quickly as possible. The beds were comfortable. It was a blessing to find such a clean property that allowed our rescue pup. I hope to be able to stay again in the future. We were pretty grossed out by the blankets and rug smells - they desperately need a deep clean or replacement. It was a nice set up, comfortable bed. It was very quiet on this end and right next to the beach access. We practically had the pool to ourselves most days. My college son who plays football and his fiancé and I needed a quick get away. This place was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Has 2 balconies. I slept on the Murphy bed. It was actually pretty comfy. My fiancé brought her dog and it was all perfect. Neighbors who live in the building were very kind. Only downfall was it was a lot more flights of steps then I had thought. Wasn’t a deal breaker but in the heat and I am waiting to have a knee replacement. I would definitely love to stay here again.
