This two-bedroom, two bathroom 1st floor property is located in the Sand Pebbles Condominium Complex and has many wonderful amenities! As you enter the property, the large kitchen area is the first area you approach, and it flows to the open concept living area. The kitchen has all of the necessities for a meal with the entire group. Updated flooring spans the condo throughout the living room and bedrooms. The living room creates a social place for everyone to gather together and has a slider that leads out to the balcony. The balcony has an ocean view and view of the community pool! It is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a creative beverage in the evening! The first bedroom has a Queen bed and blue ocean theme, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin over Full configuration. Both bathrooms in the property are full bathrooms with a shower/tub combo. The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake, and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers. \*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy 5: Any Turn Day. Minimum two night stay. Bedding Recap: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spots are not reserved or guaranteed and are first come, first serve. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). Close to stores and restaurants. There was a little confusion about if I could park a small uhaul trailer there (I got two parking passes) , but it was worked out quickly. The front door stuck probably due to humidity. We were unsure if we had the right unit. Master bedroom needs a night stand on both sides but just moved the chair over! The condo was a great location for accessing the beach, restaurants, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, etc. We had quick access to the beach, the pools and the covered parking, which is always a plush. The unit was clean. The beds were not very comfortable, so be aware if you are pretty sensitive to that. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking indoors. We would suggest having access to the closet in the master bedroom, which was padlocked. There were hardly any hooks or handles to hang towels or jackets, etc. The property was well maintained. But overall, this unit, the condo property and its location, is a good choice for a vacation. ##### Thelma C. The place had ants and they need directions to use the 3 remotes. TV is old. The property manager did come to spray for ants. He was very nice.
