This Unit is furnished with love and offers all the comforts of home having a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and all the accessories. Washer and Dryer, 2 Smart TVs with DVD player, cable and Wifi. Downstairs storage equipped with beach toys and chairs! Parking for 2 Vehicles. Pool is a 3 feet deep small spa pool (Open mid May - Mid September), dates are determined by the HOA. Linens (Sheets and Towels) are included. \*\*\*\*Parking\*\*\*\*\* Parking is unassigned for 2 vehicles (No OverSized Vehicles) (ask Reservationists for details) No Boats, Trailers, Campers etc. Allowed.
