New bathroom vanities, new dining and living room furniture and more!

Excellent condo
Our family spent the week at Pelican Watch 901 and enjoyed every minute. The condo was updated, clean, and great location. Bullard Realty was very responsive to us when needed and we were able to check in early which was a great way to start our vacation. Definitely will rent again!

Beautiful and clean place to stay!
We were very pleased overall with our stay it the Pelican Watch. I would say the worst part was just dealing with the unreliable elevators. It seemed one or the other was always broken down and we were always scared we would get stuck on it 😢
The other part of threw us off a little was happy to park across the street. He did make it inconvenient. But at least we know we had a place to park. Our condo was immaculate we had everything we needed there for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it.
