ITS EQUIPPED WITH A FULL KITCHEN WITH DISHES AND COOKWARE FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY. THE CONDO HAS ONE FULL BATHROOM, A PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY. THERE IS A KING SIZE BED IN THE BEDROOM, A SET OF BUNK BEDS IN ALCOVE BUILT INTO THE HALLWAY, AND A SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM. THERE ARE TWO TV'S, TWO VCR'S, DVD PLAYER TO ENJOY. THE CONDO OFFERS EXCELLENT AND PRIVATE WIFI SERVICE AND A FULL ENTERTAINMENT CABLE TV PACKAGE. FULL HOUSEKEEPING AND MAID SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PRICE. WHEN DEPARTING IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE DISHWASHER BE LOADED AND THE GARBAGE REMOVED TO THE ONSITE DUMPSTER. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. IT SLEEPS 6 COMFORTABLY.
