The unit is on the second floor with a million dollar view of the ocean. The sunrise over the beach is spectacular. Get away from it all and feel the Atlantic Ocean breeze and walk directly out on the beach with your own private access. This is a wonderful place for your summer vacation, or a romantic weekend getaway. Our condo is tastefully decorated, newly updated, and includes free Wi-Fi, streaming with Roku.. There are two parking spaces. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessities including a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffeemaker, microwave, ample plates, glasses, wine glasses, kitchen utensils. FRESH, CLEAN BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED for free - all you need to bring is your food. Your private oceanfront deck is perfect for dining, watching the dolphins play, or watching the pelicans soar. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and en-suite bath with a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a deluxe air mattress in the master bedroom closet. The mattresses on all beds are comfortable memory foam mattresses. There is a full hallway bath with a large washer/dryer for your convenience. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee while watching the amazing sunrises and end your evenings with a glass of wine on the deck while listening to the gentle waves rolling in. We have a binder on the dining table which includes many brochures and restaurant menus along with some of our favorite things to do and eat. The binder also includes vacation tips and helpful information about the condo. We also provide a GIFT BAG containing sunglasses, koozies, soap, coffee K cups, 2 bottles of water and a bottle of white wine- just a few things to get your vacation started.. Take advantage of the quaint Carolina beach town which embodies coastal Americana. Take a short walk to the boardwalk, pier, beach shops, and many friendly restaurants. La Casita is also available for MONTHLY RENTAL during the off season. Contact the owner if interested. On the ground floor there is a storage closet so you can store any beach items you bring. 6 Beach chairs, an umbrella, canopy, boogie boards and a cooler are provided for your use. Ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine, it is one of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, where you can get your fill of famous homemade donuts, ice cream, and fudge, play in the arcade, see the ocean from the Ferris wheel, or dance the night away to live music. During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, laughter and the squeals of kids of all ages as they whoosh and whirl past on the assortment of rides at the seaside amusement park and at extraordinary events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. I loved they included linens, basic spices and cleaning supplies, detergent, and even had a lovely bottle of wine and sunglasses! Generous beach supplies too - nice chairs, etc. Their communication was great whenever I had a question. Great view! The only cons were the stairs, moldy washing machine and broken dryer (we had to set the cycle about 10 times to dry one load), and some rickety furniture on the deck (the picnic table was lopsided and unstable). The neighbors above us thumped like elephants the entire week, started early too, but that may be luck of the draw. Great location. Would stay here again if it was just the two of us (our teens didn't love sharing a small bed). ##### Kristy W. Staying oceanfront was the best choice we made. The ease of going out with all the beach "stuff" and being able to run the kids in for the bathroom or forgotten goggles was awesome. The beach in front of the home was never crowded, even on the weekends. We thought maybe the peak season hadn't started but on a day trip to Kure they were packed in. It was so nice to get back and have some space. The storage unit is full of everything you need, especially for kids. 2 body boards, a skim board, buckets, shovels, a half dozen chairs, yoga mats, umbrella, and shelters. The 10x10 shelter that was there when we arrived was bent. I gave Tony a heads up and told him the umbrella was working fine. He had a brand new shelter delivered the next day! It was totally above and beyond and we loved it. I still want the giant 3 family open floor plan house trip but as long as it is just us and the kids La Casita will be the first place we look. ##### Edward T. Not extremely busy and very easy and close to get too. Condo had a storage unit with lots of great items for the beach, chairs, toys, umbrella etc. The kitchen had lots of useless items and not stuff thats practical for a week stay for cooking/ storage. Good bit of decor not needed that took up room for a small space. Soft spots in the floor. Water smelled awful. Condo more suitable for max of 4 people. We had to put sheets on the beds when we got there. More blankets, toilet paper would have been nice.Washer was moldy and smelled bad. Outlet covers, curtains, toilet paper holder all hanging off wall. Parking is a nightmare especially if you have a bigger car like us. Told us we would be getting a sand bucket vs bag for our welcome gift and we didn’t get a bucket.stairway is tight and awkward getting to room. We had a great time overall. The road the house on is very tight with lots of people walking, no sidewalks, and houses right on top of the road. This was our most expensive place we have stayed in Carolina beach and our least favorite. It was okay but wouldn’t book here again unfortunately. ##### Heather G. Overall we would recommend La Casita- it was clean, beds were comfortable (except the sleeper sofa), and it had most things we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. There are a few things that probably need to be updated/addressed in the near future. For example, the washer was moldy and smelled, the handle on the storage closet was coming off, and a few of the sliding doors came off track easily which was a bit frustrating. We enjoyed our stay at this location. The deck overlooking the beach was absolutely wonderful and it was within close proximity to all your needs including some awesome restaurants. Upon arrival, everything was ready for us and looked tidy however there was some debris on the floors (like the cleaners didn't bother to move furniture to get to dirt). Additionally, the bathrooms and kitchen are slightly dated and could use some TLC/sprucing. This was a cozy spot with a great view! It is close to so many activities, we loved visiting the boardwalk with our kids, the aquarium, and the DEFY trampoline park. We stayed with our one-year-old and she loved being out on the balcony. My husband and I loved being close enough to the condo to run up and get something from the house relatively painlessly while on the beach. We had wonderful oceanfront views. We seen dolphins every morning from the balcony. The beach was not crowded and we had our own walkway and access!
